This company was very easy to work with. I could book online and payment was seamless. They were in contact regarding delivery and were able to deliver and pick up even when we were not home. The slide was loved by the kids and easy to operate. Prices were also very reasonable. Highly recommend.

This was our second experience with Castle Kid Jumping Castles (since the first time was phenomenal). The weather was unfortunately not on our side as unexpected heavy rainfall occurred on the day of our event but Steve was professional, understanding and accommodated us despite a loss in business. We are guaranteed to rent from here again and again over the years (4 little kids, parties will constantly be a thing) and we recommend them to everyone we know.

Ok look NO further! Amazing company!! We had Steve and Ethan attend our town Festival and Grand Opening with a Jumping Castle this past Saturday! They were organized, pleasant to deal with and so great with the people and kids!! Thank you Steve and Ethan for being a part making a fun day for our little town!! ☺️

Amazing service and top quality Bouncy Castle! I was having a hard time finding a reliable and professional service for my nephew’s birthday party. I gave Steve a call a few days prior to the party and he was able to squeeze us in for the day. he was very fast with the communication and updates. On the day of, the delivery drivers arrived on time and were very professional and communicative. Would definitely book again for another event, and I recommend anyone to book with Castle Kid Jumping Castle to make your little ones event super special!

We rented a bouncy castle for my son's third birthday. Steve was responsive, punctual and communicative throughout the process. The bouncy castle was clean and well maintained. It was such an easy seamless process.

We absolutely love every single time we rent from Castle Kid! Last summer we rented the dual slip and slide for a back to school party (huge hit!) and this past weekend we rented the tropical bouncy castle with slide for my sons 6th birthday. It was so much fun that the kids in his class said their favourite part of the last week of school was the bouncy castle at his birthday party. Delivery and pick up teams are always so nice and engage with my kids when they come out to watch. Steve is a dream to deal with when booking. We have been renting since our engagement party in 2012 and will keep coming back for all our bouncy castle needs. I’ve got my eye on the big purple slide for this years back to school party!

Great service overall. I appreciated being able to text Steve and get advice on size and type of bouncy castle, and even the rainy day refund (if notified in advance due to forecast). We were more than happy to rebook on a warmer weekend and a lot of fun was had by all!Drop off and pickup were seamless. I didn’t even need to be around.
